The minute I saw this bright blue silk number at Goodwill I snatched it up! It felt like butter in my fingers :) And with it only a few inches too long I knew after a little snip and sew it would be perfect!
Before:
I had a bright blue silk dress years ago (& probably just your size). I loved it! You look beautiful in it. I thought of you last week when I was given a very long skirt & thought about altering the length.
