What I found

Goodwill has been pretty good to me. A little while back I found this vintage dress. I haven't worn it yet and I'm looking for some ideas of how to style it. I just threw on this white belt and heels for the pic.
I'm thinking of shortening the sleeves sort of like this...
Maybe a little shorter? Any advice would be appreciated!

  2. DO NOT CUT THOSE FANTASTIC SLEEVES! unless you really want to. i would shorten it to just above the knee.
and i'm feeling gold with this. strappy dancing heels.

  3. I think I like the sleeves short. It gives the vintage dress a modern spin.

  4. Such a great little dress! I don't know, think I'm going to have to agree and say don't cut the sleeves! It gives the dress so much character and charm :)

  5. I would shorten the sleeves for sure...it looks way more on trend with the shorter sleeve length. This is coming from a girl that does not do vintage at all though, so if you like vintage, pay no attention to me at all! =) I agree that it could be taken up an inch or so to the top of the knee cap as well. Maybe try a skinny bright yellow belt? Or a natural color wide belt?

  6. I would go with the short sleeves too..Great find! xo I would pair this with a red skinny belt and red shoes. or a nude belt with some silk scarf tucked in. or you could throw a floral top on top and sinch it with a gold belt. I am loving this piece.
